traduzione in inglese*O* :

NO WHERE GOD or NOW HERE GOD
It doesn't matter which, cause only you can open tomorrow
Rely on what's left of the meaning, haha
Nevertheless, if I wanna be able to say "I'm awesome!"
Laughing, talking with self confidence is essential
I believe in that Aight u know

Believing or not believing, It's up to you babe It depends on you
Cutting down the cross or joining your hands in prayer
I don't care about it Doing as you like is fine
God, Buddha, They're above the clouds Above the clouds it seems
Anticipating things and disconnecting It's nobody's fault But who wipes your ass?

It must be God, always NO responsibility

NO WHERE GOD or NOW HERE GOD
If I live strongly, if I live like that, then it should be, shouldn't it?

What's the matter? Suddenly calling on God "Oh my God" Is that the kind of love you want?
So if you can take it so easily, my love's available from 100 yen
Oh, all year round it's God, God (1)
For all the praying, an unending WAR A shitty politician's God is money

You aren't believing in God
And it's not me, on yourself, by yourself

What to believe in? WHERE IS GOD Isn't it in your mind (2)
Or rather, whether or not you always notice depends on you
Isn't it things just I can't see?
So, seen once in your heart even if you don't call out there
So living and being, there's a connection huh.
Kamisama is Oresama☆ How bout that?

Remembering Santa's face u remember that? Just Christmas
Early in the morning, visiting the shrine Only New year's day Isn't it just Hatsumode(3)
Right? (laugh)

-------------------
This song is really really interesting to me...notes first though!
1) ったく is a way of expressing exasperation...but all of the phrases I could thing of had a kind of religious connotation (for instance I don't want to put 'damn it' because that gives a meaning not intended) So it's like anything you'd say when you're running out of patience, I guess.
2) Not in the sense of "inside your mind" exactly. "In" in the sense of existing in (ni iru jyan), I think
3) Hatsumode is the first shrine visit of the year, on New Year's. I thought it sounds better just to write it that way.

A lot of the English in this song is the same as the accompanying Japanese phrase, as you can see.

This is my opinion/explanation, please don't let mine influence yours:
After reading what Miyavi said about this song in the interview in my first post, I tweaked a lot of different things. It's basically like...God isn't an excuse. The line "kamisama wa sou" is inferring "oh it must have been because of God this happened", people not taking responsibility for their lives. It's not a song about whether you believe or not, cause that's personal. But just being flippantly religious, putting in your 100 yen, crying "Oh my God!" so often, just visiting the shrine on New Year's out of habit and associating Christmas with Santa, that's not how it should be. Another note I'd like to make is in the beginning, "laughing and speaking" bit; it's like, if you want to be able to think well of yourself you need to be able to speak with confidence, and not be so involved that you can't laugh, and that's something to believe in.
There's more but I'll save it for later haha.

Well this is probably the last song from me. Masakarasu has translations of Sakihokoru Hana no Youni and Kavki Boiz, neko translated Hi no Hikari, and JPN PRIDE is way over my head lol. I'm sure more accurate translations will pop up soon enough, but I hope you enjoyed these anyway.

Thank you all so much for reading, and thank you baka_neko for helping me out! (LOL seriously this song threw me for a loop at parts... OTL) And of course thanks to Miyavi (and Tyko~) for writing these songs.
